Alana De La Garza has established herself as a household name in the world of the television. Her parents are both Irish and Mexican American. She was born in Ohio's Columbus on December 26 in 1976. The next year was not long after when she moved to Texas. There, she started a new career in the field of physical therapy. De La Garza stayed in Texas for a brief period prior to moving into Orlando Florida. She took on a variety of roles in acting, such as local independent movies and commercials. Despite the small role, she found that she was a performer with a interest. Then she moved into New York in 2001 and got her first role on the soap as Rosa Santos on All My Children which is a soap for the daytime.
